Who can create an account

Adults manage accounts and subscriptions. Children need a parent or guardian. Educator accounts do not include classroom rosters or permission to create profiles for other people’s children.

Trial and membership

Eligible new members can start a 7-day free trial without a card by selecting Start free trial. Signing in alone does not start the trial. We send one reminder before it ends. When it expires, subscribe to continue quizzes; account and privacy controls remain available. Nothing is charged unless you choose a subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at US$5/month plus applicable taxes until cancelled. The US$5 price does not include tax. Checkout shows the charge before you agree; your bank may add currency-conversion fees.

Sample quizzes and account creation do not start billing. Returning subscribers may not qualify for another trial.

What membership includes

Membership includes available daily, topic, and custom quizzes. Optional child profiles save progress after parental consent. Content varies by grade and topic; we do not guarantee learning or exam results.

Cancel or manage billing

Open My Account → Manage subscription to cancel without a cancellation fee. Access continues until the trial or paid period ends. No cancellation is needed for a trial started without a card. Existing card-backed trials retain their agreed terms: cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Card updates and invoices use Stripe.

Deleting the adult account ends access and cancels subscriptions. If Stripe cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion is blocked until resolved. Deletion does not automatically refund charges or erase required financial records.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Ordinary cancellations and account deletion do not qualify for refunds for unused time. We correct confirmed incorrect charges, including duplicate charges. Email support@dailymathquest.com with your account email and invoice reference—never full card details. Nothing in these terms limits your legal refund or cancellation rights.

Account responsibility and acceptable use

Keep your account secure and billing information accurate. Do not misuse accounts, bypass security, or put children’s identifying details in quiz or support fields. We may restrict access for abuse, security issues, or unpaid subscriptions.

Children’s information

Online child profiles require separate parental consent. Cancelling membership does not delete profiles or withdraw consent. See Child privacy and Privacy for parent controls and retention.

Service changes and support

Content and features may change. We will provide required notice and obtain consent where required before membership or price changes apply. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
